Most packaging suppliers wait for your print-ready file. We start earlier. RainRan runs an in-house structural design and prepress team that turns a product, a sketch or even a rough idea into a manufacturable, shelf-ready and shipping-tested package — then produces it across our specialised production network in China.

Four Design Disciplines Under One Roof
1. Structural Engineering
We design the box, not just print on it. Our engineers model wall thickness, locking mechanisms, insert geometry and stacking strength so your package survives long-haul freight to Jakarta, Dubai, Almaty or São Paulo.
2. Graphic & Prepress
Artwork adaptation, colour separation, trapping, overprint control and imposition. We fix low-resolution logos, rebuild vector artwork and prepare production-grade files — even if all you have is a JPEG.
3. Material Engineering
Board grade, flute selection, laminate structure, barrier film and adhesive systems are chosen against your product weight, shelf life, humidity exposure and target cost — not by default.
4. Prototyping & Testing
CNC sample cutting for one-off physical prototypes, plus drop tests, compression tests and seal integrity checks before we release any tooling.

Quality Control at Every Stage
Incoming Material
Board grammage, moisture content and film thickness verified against spec before production starts.
In-Line Inspection
Colour density measured against the approved proof; registration, creasing and glue lines checked at fixed intervals.
Pre-Shipment AQL
Full AQL 2.5 inspection with a photo report sent to you before the container is sealed. Nothing ships without your sign-off.
