What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ starts at 500 pcs for rigid boxes and mailer boxes, 1,000 pcs for paper bags, folding cartons and labels, and 5,000 pcs for flexible pouches. Lower quantities are sometimes possible on digital printing — ask us.
Do you charge for design and dieline?
No. Structural design, dieline creation and 3D mockups are free when your project goes into production with us. You keep the files either way.
How long does production take?
A physical sample takes 5–7 days. Mass production is typically 10–15 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and finishing complexity.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We produce a physical prototype in your actual material and courier it to you. Sample and courier cost is credited back against your bulk order.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% balance against the pre-shipment QC report. T/T, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance are accepted.
Do you ship door to door?
Yes. We handle EXW, FOB, CIF and full DDP delivery — including customs clearance and duties — to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Central Asia and South America.
Do you offer eco-friendly packaging?
Yes — FSC-certified board, recyclable mono-material structures, water-based and soy-based inks, and compostable film options are all available.
